Our Criteria:

1. Focusses on communication and relationship management with owners and tenants.
2. Primarily handles long term investment properties, both commercial and residential.
3. Properties are managed with a long term focus and protection of assets.
4. Repairs & work via mutual consent or agreement.
5. Flexible contracts, that are client focussed.
6. Low tolerance to late rent payments.
