We do what it says on the tin

We all got into small business for only a few different reasons:

  1. We want to be able to do things our own way.

  2. We want more flexibility.

  3. We want more freedom.

  4. We want a better future.

Of course, if it's not all of the above, it could be a combination of the above.

You were probably a great "technician" working for someone else. So you decided to go it alone, and do your own thing with your own creative flare, doing it your way, earning your own income. You took on a rental lease and your doing okay, it's just that you see the rent going out each month and it's dead money. Your location is key, you put a lot of homework into selecting your place.
